Vivo’s upcoming addition to the V40 series, the Vivo V40e, is generating excitement with newly leaked specs, along with pricing details. According to reports, the V40e will feature a stunning 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an impressive 4,500-nit peak brightness. Under the hood, it’s powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM and storage options of 128GB and 256GB.
Camera enthusiasts will be pleased with the 50 MP main camera, equipped with Sony’s IMX882 sensor, an 8 MP ultrawide lens, and a 50 MP selfie camera that may utilize Samsung’s JN1 sensor. The phone is backed by a robust 5,500 mAh battery and will offer 80W wired charging support. On the software side, it will come pre-installed with Android 14, enhanced by Vivo’s Funtouch OS 14.
The Vivo V40e also holds an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance, making it durable for everyday use. It’s expected to launch in India before the end of the month, with pricing ranging between INR 20,000 ($239) to INR 30,000 ($359).
